Lottopar and Paraná Futsal Federation Unite to Safeguard Sports Integrity

Curitiba, Brazil – In a landmark move to strengthen transparency and ethics in Brazilian futsal, Lottopar and the Paraná Futsal Federation (FPFS) have signed a Technical Cooperation Agreement focused on promoting sports integrity and combating match-fixing.

The initiative, announced this week, sets out a shared commitment to safeguarding the fairness of competitions under the FPFS umbrella, with wide-reaching benefits for athletes, referees, coaches, and all professionals involved in the sport across the state of Paraná.

As part of the agreement, Lottopar will deliver training sessions, awareness lectures, and educational programs tailored for FPFS members, the Refereeing Committee, and the wider community. These activities will emphasize ethical conduct, the prevention of match manipulation, and the dangers of illegal sports betting.

“This partnership is a vital step toward creating a secure, fair environment for futsal in Paraná,” said Daniel Romanowski, President of Lottopar. “Sports integrity is a cornerstone of public trust. With this agreement, we’re not only raising awareness—we’re putting in place tools to actively prevent misconduct that could undermine our competitions.”

The Cooperation Agreement also reinforces the importance of accountability and the serious consequences of violating sports regulations. By integrating best practices from international frameworks on anti-corruption in sports, the initiative aims to protect futsal’s reputation and bolster confidence among fans, sponsors, and institutions.
